Asteroid Dodger v1.2

I have added some general polish to the game and made it feel better to play. There is now a dust effect whenever you hit the ground i reused the same dust sprite sheet i am using in moon-shot plan.  The lighting on the player is less intense and looks a lot nicer as fell as smoother.  Also i have fixed some issues with the jump and now it feels a bit less floaty.

if you look at the ingame screenshots you can see the lighting on the player looks a lot better now and blends a lot nicer
